LOCATION: Meetings of the UK IBC will be conducted via videoconference until further notice. The NIH Guidelines encourages IBCs to open their meetings to the public. Members of the public who would like to attend videoconference meetings may contact the UK Biological Safety Officer, Delena Mazzetti, at d.mazzetti@uky.edu for additional information.
PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATORS: To be reviewed at a specific IBC meeting (Meeting Date), your IBC registration must be submitted for IBC Administrative Review in tick@lab by a-tune by the Deadline for New Submissions. This will allow sufficient time for administrative review of your IBC registration. Any revisions requested during the administrative review must be resubmitted for IBC Administrative Review in tick@lab by a-tune by the Deadline for Final Administrative Revision to ensure inclusion on the next IBC meeting agenda. The status of the IBC registration and any additional requirements for full approval will be communicated to the PI by the Protocol Status Date.
IBC Members: If you have a scheduling conflict or cannot attend a scheduled IBC meeting, please notify the Office of Biological Safety at biosafety@uky.edu. In consideration of all committee members, please provide advance notice of absence as soon as possible.
